Friends terms and conditions

Friends may join at any time and will be valid for a full 12 months. Please allow 21 days for receipt of your membership pack.

Friends for 2 or 3 adults can only be purchased for adults living at the same address.

Friends receive one membership card per person and will have a photo taken in the Zoo that will be incorporated into the card.

No entry can be allowed without a valid card. If you forget your card we cannot guarantee entry to the Zoo.

Friends are not transferable.

A replacement fee of £5 will be charged for each lost card. Other membership items cannot be replaced.

Friends gain free entry to Belfast Zoo, Colchester Zoo, Chester Zoo, Edinburgh Zoo, Marwell Zoological Park (one entry per year) and Woburn Safari Park (Woburn members cannot gain entry to Bristol Zoo with a Woburn toddlers pass) as part of a reciprocal agreement. Please contact individual zoos / safari parks for terms and conditions of this arrangement before visiting. A valid membership card and welcome letter with proof of expiry date is required upon entry.

Friends benefits may be subject to change at any time. No refunds can be made.

Entry is subject to availability and normal opening hours. Bristol Zoo Gardens reserves the right to refuse admission.
