We've recently launched our new gift vouchers! These gift vouchers are being sold at both our shops; at the Zoo and in the Mall Cribbs Causeway. Full terms and conditions can be found below:

  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Bristol Zoo Gardens.
  • Gift vouchers can be used to purchase products, experiences and tickets at Bristol Zoo Gardens.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase food & drinks.
  • The value on the voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The gift voucher can be used as full or part payment.
  • The value of any refund for products and experiences purchased using a gift voucher will be in voucher form. 
  • Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. Bristol Zoo Gardens cannot replace any vouchers that have been lost, stolen or damaged.

Joint rail travel, bus transfer and admission price to the zoo.

First Great Western trains in partnership with Bristol Zoo Gardens, are offering a joint rail travel, bus transfer and admission package to Bristol zoo. Through bookings are available to Bristol Zoo via Bristol Temple Meads and First bus services 8/8A/9/9A between Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Zoo Gardens.

Key conditions
Child and Railcard discounts apply to the rail element only. Note: Passengers who are confined to a wheelchair cannot be carried on the bus.

This type of ticket can be booked via First Group Telesales, staffed stations or rail appointed travel agents. Simply ask for a ‘Safari Ticket’.
