Zona Brazil

Visit Zona Brazil to experience first hand the stunning and diverse species found in the threatened coastal rainforests of Brazil. A winding, wooden walkway leads you past stunning birds, grazing tapirs, dainty agouti and the world's largest living rodent – the capybara. Look out for the marmoset family travelling overhead as you head towards the large beech tree in the centre of the exhibit.

Before leaving Zona Brazil, take time to look at the exquisite and endangered golden lion tamarins in their replica rainforest. Other species you can see include Amazon tree boas, horseheaded crickets, black lion tamarins, red-tailed Amazon parrots and green aracaris.
